Dancing as Exercise for Weight Loss

Can dancing be qualified as aerobic exercise?

Yes, of course.

 

         The definition of aerobic exercise is a slow, even exercise that get your heart rate into it’s optimum zone. Finding the zone for exercise is based on your age, health and exercise goal.

 

             The best way to determine this is called, “The Rule of Lungs.” Say what? Okay, let me explain. If you can exercise and talk, you are more than likely exercising in your target aerobic range.

 

             If you cannot talk because you are out of breath, you have entered into anaerobic exercise or exercise that is without air. According to the experts, you are not longer burning excess fat.

 

             Another way to lose weight is to watch your diet. So many times I hear the words, “follow a sensible diet.” Does anyone know what a sensible diet is? Not it America we don’t.

 

              In America, we think sensible means “low fat” on the label. Or eating foods that are low in calories that the manufacturer boasts by calling the product “Healthy Choice” My friend, please note that “Healthy Choice” meals is a choice, but it is NOT a healthy choice.

 

             There are more chemicals in the ingredient list than in a chemistry set. In fact, you would have to be a chemist to understand the ingredients. Eating all those chemicals are UNHEALTHY for you body. All those chemicals have to be cleaned up by your liver. Your liver is in charge of filtering out all of the additives, preservatives, food flavor enhancers, dough conditioners, fake fats, modified food starch — etc. etc. No wonder disease is on the upswing? What liver can keep up cleaning up all those chemicals and still keep protecting you from disease? It can’t. This is one of the reasons that cancer is now two in three will have some kind of cancer. Those aren’t odds — that is a disease that is in an epidemic!

 

             If you stop eating chemicals in your diet, you WILL lose weight! Being obese is a toxicity problem. The body must store the toxins because it doesn’t have the ability to clean them out of the body at the fast rate of speed most Americans are eating the chemicals.  The Standard American Diet is SAD.

 

             So, here’s a simple rule you can follow without buying my text. It’s called, if you can’t pronounce it, don’t eat it. Simple. I have started this lifestyle when I was at the end of my rope with migraine headaches. I stopped eating all those strange chemicals and “stuff” and my migraines went magically away. Amazing.

 

             Some of my clients were diagnosed with Lupus, heart palpitations, acid reflux disease, muscle spasms, kidney stones, diabetes and many other diseases and their diseases, too, amazingly went into remission. Amazing, but true. Losing weight is just the calm before the storm. It is not a problem, it is a symptom of the problem.

 

             What’s the problem, Americans are obese because Americans are toxic. Stop putting the chemical toxins into the body, and the body rewards you with increased energy, less fat and a healthy outlook for a a  future dancing the of night away! What fun!
